Making Learning Connected will run from June 15-August 4 and include 2-week overlapping cycles of making, learning and connecting. Read about what is going to happen during the Make Cycles here. You can extend or shorten any cycle to meet your needs.

Here is an overview of how the weeks will unfold:

Make Cycle #1: Introductions and Getting Started
begins Saturday June 15 | ends Sunday June 23

Participants introduce themselves and get started with a particular focus on what we mean by “Makes” as well as an introduction to Connected Learning.

Make Cycle #2: Make, Share, Reflect on the design principles of Connected Learning
begins Monday June 24 | ends Sunday July 7

Participants will begin a second Make Cycle and a dive into the design principles of Connected Learning.

Make Cycle #3: Make, Share, Reflect on the learning principles of Connected Learning
begins Monday July 1 | ends Sunday July 14

Participants will begin a third Make Cycle and a dive into the learning principles of Connected Learning.

Make Cycle #4: Make, Share, Reflect on the values of Connected Learning

Participants will begin a fourth Make Cycles and a dive into the values of Connected Learning.

begins Monday July 15 | ends Sunday July 28

Participants will begin a fifth Make Cycle and engage participants in envision Connected Learning in the context of innovating teaching and learning practices.

Make Cycle #6: Make, Share, Reflect – Final reflections
